Titan Container Price List:

• Agree to apply a daily rate for each unit instead of the weekly rate after one week of hire.
• 8FT arcticstore units at €810 per unit, per week or part thereof €116.
• 10FT arcticstore units at €877.50 per unit, per week or part thereof €125.
• 20FT and arcticstore units at €1,215 per unit, per week or part thereof €174.
• 40FT arcticstore units at €1,305 per unit, per week or part thereof €187.
• A 12.5% discount is applied to equipment rental price for any events longer than 2 weeks (14 days). Discount only applies to rates after 2 weeks (15th day onwards).
• Transport charge of €650 per load.
• Lift plans, rams and certification will be charged at a rate of €210 per event.

Gas Arrangement

• Verve to ensure 2 V size cylinders to come with each plumbed unit.
• Additional Gas requirements or request will be considered on a case by case basis.
• Verve reserves the right to refuse additional gas requests for events due to payload limits, safety concerns, and their limited gas stock.
• Verve only stock enough gas for Diageo’s normal operations, and not for excessive event usage.
• Gas additional request max order – 10 to 15 cylinders, depending on availability and SLA.

Considerations

• Careful Planning: Event organisers must accurately estimate their gas needs through the RQM.
• Don’t Overestimate Supply: RQM should not assume Verve can provide extra gas.
• Potential for Alternative Supply: RQM might need to source additional gas from other suppliers.
• Prioritise Safety: Verve’s concerns highlight the importance of gas safety at events.

In simple terms, Verve will provide a reasonable amount of gas, but don’t expect unlimited refills. Safety and logistical limits mean we might have to say no.

On-Call System: Weekend Cover

• The weekend on-call system offers dedicated technical support for urgent emergencies outside regular hours. This service is only for situations needing immediate action.
• A designated on-call Verve Manager or technician handles the emergency line.

Dedicated Emergency Line

• The on-call number is a separate, direct line solely for weekend technical emergencies. It should not be used for general questions, routine requests, or administrative issues.
• This separation ensures genuine emergencies are not overlooked.

Scope of Emergency Calls

• This on-call line is meant for technical emergencies only.
• Cooler Failure: A cooling system that is not working.
• Draft System Issues: Problems with beer pouring, such as excessive foam, temperature issues, or system failure.
• Units have a technical issue.
• Coldroom’s Condensing Unit Failure: Condensing unit stopped working or is not performing as it should.
• 24-track Event Cooler Failure: Not building enough ice, or it can’t be turned on.

For emergencies that need to be addressed outside working hours, during the week, or related to a specific event, please contact Verve’s manager, who is looking after your booking.

Premium Bars 3rd Party Supplier

• A 50% cancellation fee will only be applied if a cancellation occurs less than 10 working days prior to the event.

Mobile Equipment Deliveries Requested By Diageo Not Involving 3rd Supplier Services.

• All deliveries refused on the day of delivery by Diageo customers, after confirming delivery acceptance day before, will be charged at the full quoted price.

Commercial & Sponsorship Events

• Equipment that has been booked and delivered to an event and has been cancelled due to no need will be charged at 100% and collected off-site if required.
• For event cancellations that occur on the same day as the event due to any reason, payment for logistics (delivery only) will be required due to them being booked for this event. A Fee of 25%(up to 10k) and 10% (above 10k) of the total equipment cost will also apply for pre-event equipment preparation, load-in and load-out, crew, and account management time spent on preparing the project.
• For cancellations of events within 5 working days, no cancellation fee will apply.

Verve are to invoice after the event or on the 5th day of long-term hire*

*A long term hire is any booking which is for three weeks or more.

• They serve as a tracker for all assets in our operation and help identify faulty equipment that needs to be checked or fixed at or after events. 
• With the new system, we will easily know what equipment has been misplaced or is missing, giving us the exact location.
