This document provides an estimated indication of costs solely for the client’s internal planning and budgeting. The figures are based on preliminary scope information and are non-binding, and do not constitute a final offer or commitment of services by Verve.
Verve retains the absolute right to issue the final quotation. The final price and scope are subject to a thorough managerial review, irrespective of any figures generated by automated cost calculation systems. Quoted costs may be revised based on final event requirements and detailed technical specifications and Verve's definitive calculation of all logistical costs, which are not included in this preliminary estimate.
A final, binding quotation is valid only upon formal written approval and issuance by an authorised Verve manager or director. Automated figures or verbal communications shall not be deemed a final price commitment.
